KPMG Careers BBQ 21/10/08

The ABSS held its penultimate Careers BBQ for the year on Tuesday October 21st 2008. Representatives from KPMG were present, the event providing an opportunity for students to have an informal chat with staff and pose any questions they may have regarding a future career. Kicking off at 11:00am, sausages were served by quarter past. Beverages were also on offer, the combination persuading many business students to pass through.

Concluding around 1:00pm, the event saw an attendance of roughly 150 students over the two hour duration of the barbeque. Marketing was conducted electronically, and through lecture presentations and the distribution of flyers.

The ABSS would like to thank the representatives from KPMG for taking time off work to come down to the University of Adelaide, and to all who attended on the day.
